Roofing

Abtech Engineering works closely with Property Managers, Owners, Facility Managers and Contractors in providing visual inspection condition survey ranging from Roof Design and Bid Process Services to Roof Construction Administration. As Professional Engineers with Certified Roofing Contractors’ license, we facilitate the preparation of full Roofing specification consisting of selecting the Right Roofing System, Designing the Components to adapt to the building condition including all required calculations and choosing the right contractor. We also assist roofing contractors with all of the required calculations in obtaining permit.

Construction Management

Abtech Engineering provides construction management services from the earliest planning stages right through to the final project closeout. We tailor our services to meet your needs and budget, providing the best service in the most efficient manner.

Because we have seen the problems before, we understand the capabilities and characteristics of construction materials. Using the lessons learned from thousands of previous hands-on investigations of building problems and failures, we can predict your design’s performance and help you prevent costly problems that can arise during or following construction. We work closely with contractors throughout the construction process to validate the work in progress and ensure durable construction.
